Just like the magical season, I find Christmas books to echo that wonder and excitement too. From Santa to gingerbread men, there’s a book that’s sure to capture their imagination and indulge your child in their love of reading.
Stories involving Thanksgiving traditionally end up with a turkey on the table, but as more families are celebrating Thanksgiving by seeking more mindful and compassionate choices, they’re also looking for children’s stories where the turkey has a happy ending. Call ahead to your independent book shop and they can tell you if they have these titles and if not, they can order it for you. You can also just reserve these titles at the library. Most libraries allow you to do that online and then they will let you know when to come pick it up. How easy it that?!
